2022 Prices and availability

So that everyone will find the property in perfect condition, we charge 75 Euro per stay for the final cleaning
Reservation conditions:
We ask for an advance of 25% on the total price (this must be paid within 7 days after reservation), as soon as this has been paid, the reservation is final. The balance is to be paid 4 weeks before departure. As soon as this has been deposited, the keys can be collected from us in Bruges. Then we also give more information about our house and surroundings.
Corona update:
If you have already paid the advance or the balance and France ( Département Le Var ) becomes a "RED-zone" or your government decides that travel to France ( Département Le Var ) is no longer allowed, we will refund the amount paid or move the advance to a new booking.
However in case of illness (flu, corona, etc ...), we will not refund the amount deposited, for this you can always take out an individual cancellation insurance with an insurer (touring, europ-assistance, ...)

- Fixed telephone calls to all landlines in Belgium and France
